The app doesn't allowed me to login. I started this week at the gym in Cascais, Portugal and I can't get access. Please fix this

Después de 1 día funcionando, no consigo logarme a la aplicación.
Login ist seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr möglich, die App crasht sofort, wenn ich versuche mich einzuloggen. Schade, ich bin neu bei Holmes Place und würde sie wirklich gerne nutzen...

not able to login app with member id which is very frustrating. please get this fixed asap
